Terms and Conditions – Field of Value

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Field of Value (KvK 97304905), including holistic life coaching through personal guidance and live and online events. By booking or participating in our services you agree to these terms.

2. Services
We offer holistic life coaching, personal guidance (in person and online) and organise gatherings and events. A description of each service is provided on our website or in our communications.
3. Booking and Payment
You can book services via our website, email or phone.
After confirming your booking you will receive a confirmation message/email/invoice.
Payment must be made according to the instructions on the specific offering’s webpage, unless agreed otherwise.
Prices are listed in euros and include VAT where applicable.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Individual sessions:
Cancellation up to 24 hours before the session: no charge.
Cancellation within 24 hours: 40%
No-show: 100% of the fee is due.
Public speaking, workshops, retreats or gatherings:
Cancellation up to 14 days before the start: full refund.
Cancellation up to 7 days: 40% of the fee.
Cancellation within 7 days or no-show: no refund.
If we cancel or reschedule an event or session, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
5. Nature of Services
Our public speaking, coaching, and gatherings are intended to support personal growth and wellbeing. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological or legal treatment. You remain responsible for your own health and wellbeing at all times.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all information you share with us during coaching or gatherings as strictly confidential, in accordance with our Privacy Statement.
7. Personal Responsibility and Conduct
You are responsible for your own choices and actions during and after sessions or gatherings.
We expect respectful behaviour towards other participants and facilitators.
We may ask someone to leave an event or session if their behaviour disrupts others.
8. Liability
Field of Value will deliver services with due care.
We are not liable for indirect damages or consequences arising from participation in our services, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Participation in activities is at your own risk.
9. Force Majeure
If we cannot provide a service due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. illness, government restrictions, natural disasters), we will inform you as soon as possible and propose a new date or refund.
10. Intellectual Property
All materials (handouts, exercises, audio, etc.) we provide remain our property. They may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without our written permission.
11. Complaints
If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us at alwincopier@hotmail.com. We aim to resolve complaints amicably. If we cannot resolve it together, you may submit it to the appropriate Dutch court.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Field of Value is established.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
