Field of Value (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides holistic life coaching through personal guidance and live and online events. We respect your privacy and handle your personal data with care. This Privacy Statement explains what data we collect, how we use it and what rights you have, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch GDPR Implementation Act (UAVG).

2. What Personal Data We Process
We may process the following data:
Contact details: name, email address, phone number, postal address.
Booking and participation details: which sessions, gatherings or services you attend.
Payment information: invoices, bank details (via secure payment providers).
Sensitive or intimate personal data: information you share about your health, life situation or other sensitive topics in the context of coaching (special category data under Art. 9 GDPR).
Mailing list data: your name and email address for newsletters or updates (only if you subscribed).
Communications: emails, notes or messages related to your guidance.

4. Retention of Data
We keep your personal data only as long as necessary:
Administrative and payment data: 7 years (required by Dutch tax law).
Sensitive/intimate coaching data: deleted as soon as it’s no longer needed for your sessions, unless you give explicit permission to retain it longer.
Mailing list data: until you unsubscribe.
5. Sharing Your Data
We do not sell your data. We may share your data only with:
Service providers (e.g. email or payment processors) who process data on our behalf under GDPR-compliant agreements.
Public authorities if we are legally required to.
6. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss or unauthorised access. Data is stored securely within the EU.

You have the following rights under the GDPR:
Right of access to your data.
Right to rectification of incorrect data.
Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”).
Right to restrict or object to processing.
Right to data portability.
Right to withdraw consent at any time.
