Aliveness is something we remember, together
Modern life is full and demanding. The pressure separates us from our own and others’ deeper thoughts, feeling, and longings.
You might have tried many things to solve this – to get away from the noise, to find yourself again.
In doing so, you might have learned and seen many things – but the ache remains.
You long for a place to rest.
A place where breath deepens, emotions can finally settle, and the mind can become clear again.
You long for a place to reconnect, where you can meet other humans, alive, in the same desire:
A place where we remember to truly breathe, again.
A shared space for humans who desire to remember what it is to be truly alive
You become part of a small and intimate community of humans, devoted to a rhythmic, sustaining flow of shared practice, together nourishing the living breath of a truly valuable life.
There are no requirements to your presence, you are explicitly invited to come, exactly as you are – everyone and all is welcome here.
Come, come, whoever you are
come, yet again, come, come

What you receive
These are the structures that hold and serve our connection
Monthly Circles
This is our shared Center. We come together once a month. Circles include meditation, teaching, movement, sharing, and group coaching.
Community Space
In between circles, we remain connected in a curated WhatsApp group. Here, you are invited to share what is alive in you.
Attuned Guidance
I share regular practices, reflections, and invitations which nourish and sustain your growth and our shared process.
This is a co-creative space; which means that the structures we use grow and evolve along the way. Your input and desires are vital in this – when you choose to become part of the Circle, your presence shapes the space which holds our shared being.
Your guide
Alwin is a guide, healer, writer, and visionary. All of his work arises from his personal life’s journey. Growing up in a converservative Christian environment and dealing with a variety of challenges related to medical trauma made him into a human who can connect with a deep love, gentleness, and trust in life; while also being able to hold space for isolation and grief as a doorway to profound personal and collective transformation.
You might wonder…
Do you need to have experience in spiritual spaces?
No, this circle is open to all. It does help to be relatively comfortable with sharing your inner experiences with others – but your resistance is welcome here too.
Is the Circle religious or spiritual?
Field of Value is based on the deeper, experiential unity underlying all religious and spiritual stories. Instead of promoting a certain narrative, the Circle invites you into a shared practice of returning to self, other, and Life.
Is this an alternative to therapy?
The Circle do not remove the need of a personal healing process. It does provide a place where individual growth can be supported and held in a nourishing context.
How long can I be part of this?
You are invited to be part of this shared space for as long it brings true value to your life – be it a month or a lifetime. At any moment, you can come, go, and return as you desire.
What if get stuck in the process?
I can provide personal guidance sessions to address personal challenges. Also, I have access to other capable guides and healers who might be of service to you.
Is this a course?
No, the Circle is more akin to a shared hearth – a place where you can come to rest, remember, and integrate what is already here.
Dates & Themes
Circles take place on the first Wednesday of the month, 20.00-21.30 CEST / CET (11.00 PT / 14.00 ET) on Zoom
Our Unique Stories - September 2
Every human life has its unique and irreplicable contribution to the tapestry of Life. Becoming aware of our unicity allows us to lean into the unfolding of what we truly are.
Relating to time - October 7
Time is a very fluid dimension in our experience of reality. In our culture, we often relate to time in an antagonistic manner. By becoming an ally of time, we can find greater ease.
Rhythms of Life - November 4
Life is a process of unfolding, in which periods of in- and unfolding organically flow over into each other. Getting to know these patterns in our own body and minds guides us towards more ease and trust in our own lives.
Ancestral Roots - December 2
We originate from the humans that gave birth to us – our parents, grandparents, and the generations even further back into time. By becoming aware of our ancestral roots, we receive valuable information on who we are, while opening ourselves to an experience of belonging to something greater.
Surrender - January 6, 2026
Our ability to let to – willingly releasing our sense of control is a vital skill. It enables us to rest, opening ourselves up to the possibility of being held by the intelligence of the larger Life. At the same time, it takes discernment to know when it is the right time to let go – and when it is wise to hold on a little longer.
The themes are guidelines – they might change depending on what is alive in the Circle.
Further dates and themes will be added to this page.
