I work with humans who want to live a more connected and meaningful life while contributing to a more beautiful world. These people can find themselves in many places – from leaders and pioneers in industry and organisations to anyone feeling stuck and at the same time called to be more alive.

The true value of what you do is in who you become in the process.

Our work balances two dimensions: we connect to your creative vision, and also work on the physical and relational vitality to needed to embody true, enduring change.

Overall, we seek to embody a calm and courageous aliveness so that your unique contribution can spill over into the world.

In this process, I am your healer, seer, movement coach, and systems thinker. I use my ability to precisely attune to your being to provide the interventions which catalyse your growth.
